We went out on the boat today and I find myself thinking its so ironic because i talk to my friend Christy in Idaho and they just had 2 feet of snow.I also wanted to mention that i went an old friends funeral this saturday,Dave Girvan, and it just really makes you appreciate life so much.i get so crazy and irritated with so many situations in my life...kids,work,cleaning,bills, and really we are so lucky to have so many blessings.Sometimes it feels like the blessings are few and far between but then you are faced with real things like the death of a 31 year old promising young man and really makes you think!!!So I am saying thank you for looking and caring how we are doing because we are blessed to be doing so many great things with amazing family and friends to support us!!!love xoxox Marcey

We celebrated Grandpa Broedells 87th birthday this weekend. It is hard to believe because he runs around like he is 16!!It is always nice to see all of the Broedells, there are so many of them and we seem to be all so much older and busier and don't get to see each other as much any more so when we are together it's nice to catch up!

Go fly a kite
Today is the last weekend day before school starts....they have been home for 2 1/2 weeks! They have been playing the new Wii ever since christmes.Their favorite game seems to be guitar hero.On this game they get to simulate playing some older famous rock songs and if you get 90% right you move on. Do you have any idea how long it can take to master a song and how many times you play it over and over and over to master that song?????If i ever hear slow ride by Foghat ever again it will be too soon!!!So after lunch i jokingly tell the kids to go fly a kite instead of playing that song again....well they really did.At that very same moment Bryce deceided that he couldn't go outside to play because someone might eat his new pringles so there is also a picture included of him doing just that, sleeping with his mouth over the pringles can opening.I guess it works, nobody else ate his pringles!!
Funy story with this picture. The extra little boy in this picture is Broedy's friend cristan white. Both Frank & Maney were friends with his dad Dave White when they were young...just funny now our kids are playing together!
